I have some exciting news to share!
I sold O’Rourke and Associates— to Sara Rodriguez, former employee of 10 years, and owner of Benefits of Aging. She has been an Aging Life Care Manager for over 20 years—and she will continue to serve the area with the same sense of service and passion for the older adult. The two companies will merge: Benefits of Aging with O’Rourke and Associates. The new entity will provide Medicaid and Veterans Services AND Care Management (short term consulting and long term oversight).
I will be staying onboard—working with Sara and the team—I feel privileged to continue the history of advocacy and education for overwhelmed families with our incredible team. We have served over 14,000 families and look forward to supporting thousands more in the years to come.
I will continue my work educating on The Fragile Years at various conferences and speaking engagements—I will be traveling to Greenville, S.C., Tampa, Safety Harbor and Chicago in 2025. I welcome any opportunity to educate families and professionals on navigating the care of an elder in their Fragile Years.
I am grateful to so many people—professional and personal—who have enhanced my work and my life in a myriad of ways. Central Florida is blessed to have a network of people who care, really care, about helping overwhelmed families and the older adult - You know who you are—and I send you my heartfelt thanks—
Warmest regard,

Amy Cameron O’Rourke (MPH, CMC)
